Today, Electrolux Group signed an agreement with the residential developer Klövern regarding the sale of the building rights along Barnstigen, previously called Luxslänten (see picture below).

The building rights cover around 105 apartments and townhouses. Sustainable materials are intended to be used to reduce climate impact.

– We look forward to helping develop a sustainable housing concept in a prime micro-location in central Stockholm. The acquisition aligns with Klövern’s strategy to develop homes in attractive, public transport-friendly locations that create long-term value for both residents and the city, says Mathias Wallestam, CEO of Klövern.
