The wait is over! October 15th, Electrolux Group Headquarters opened up its new main entrance from the new Södra Centraltorget!

We did it with a couple of fantastic achievements worth to celebrate!

• Forum office extension (8500 sqm) has been certified with Sweden Green Building Councils certification BREEAM, level “Outstanding”. The record score 96,6% is the highest in Sweden and 7th highest globally among office buildings.
• Brf Gourmet (114 apartments along Sankt Göransgatan) has been certified with Nordic Eco Label Svanen, with 31 points, one of the highest scores in Sweden.
• The first construction phase in Greenhouse Sthlm (the above) has also been certified with NollCO2 and been able to cut CO2 emissions by 57% compared to conventional construction

At the inauguration ceremony Electrolux Group CEO Yannick Fierling was joined by Anders Danielsson, CEO Skanska Group, Johnnie Pettersson, Founder and Architect at Archus as well as Anders Österberg, Deputy Mayor from the City. It was with broad smiles that the ribbon was cut – everyone proud that the successful and close collaboration has created this new and uniquely sustainable landmark in the middle of Stadshagen!
