It’s evident when you walk by: The first phase of the construction project – the ground work – is nearing its end.

Needless to say, this is worth celebrating! Last week, with pomp and circumstance, we hacked out the first three bricks from the existing building façade. They will later be reused in the façades of the new buildings. Reusing bricks is just one of many things we are doing to minimize Greenhouse Sthlm’s climate footprint!

Participating were, among others, Jonas Samuelson, CEO of Electrolux, Anders Danielsson, CEO of Skanska, and Johnnie Pettersson, architect, business developer and founder of Archus, who together with Electrolux has been driving the property development from the start.
