Today Electrolux Group signed an agreement with the housing developer Besqab concerning the sales of the building rights along Kellgrensgatan!

Provided building permission is obtained, the project will be able to start production at the end of 2025, with estimated completion in 2028. The homes are planned as condominiums and climate efficiency will be a requirement in the project’s continued design.

Magnus Andersson, CEO Besqab says:
“It feels very nice to tell you about our acquisition of 170 residential building rights in central Stockholm. Stadshagen has a great residential location close to both Mälaren and the western parts of the city. The project meets our requirements for climate efficiency and fits well into Besqab’s building rights portfolio, both geographically and temporally from a production perspective.”
