We won! On Tuesday, the reknowned publication Byggindustrin presented its prestigious public construction award “Building of the Year 2026” – an award that recognizes and rewards world-class Swedish construction. The office extension in the first construction phase of the Greenhouse Sthlm development won in the “Hotel and Office” category!

Excerpt from the Jury’s motivation: “With an innovative combination of housing and offices, innovative transformation of the existing building and a strong focus on recycling and sustainable materials, this project has set a new standard for urban development.”
