On December 15, 2025, Besqab took possession of the newly formed property Gångaren 24, cut off from Gångaren 13, along Kellgrensgatan. This week, Besqab begins construction of Brf Kellhagen and the general contractor is TL Bygg. Move-in is planned for 2028. Link to the project website:
